Addici sells assignments to Securitas
Addici sells security assignments in Växjö and Karlskrona, as well as fire and rescue operations at the Forsmark nuclear power plant, the Muskö base, Malmen helicopter division and airport operations at Norrköping Airport to Securitas.
- Addici’s ambition is to deliver integrated FM services to the Nordic market. The assignments that we now sell are not within this ambition, says Mats Sundbom, CEO of Addici.
- Securitas has a long and solid tradition of security and will ensure a sound development of the transferred business. Our aim has been to find a partner that can offer both stability and development for employees and customers, says Mats Sundbom.
- For Securitas this is a strategic and long-term acquisition. These security assignments complement our existing activities in the localities. We can therefore offer our customers even more resources and services. In the case of rescue operations, this is part of a security solution we want to offer as a concept to our larger customers, says Jan-Ove Nilsson, CEO of Securitas, Sweden.
